California Proposition 65 Notice. You must be 21 years or older and a resident of the United States to place an order. The storefront ships within the United States only. You are solely responsible for verifying that your purchase, possession, and use of laboratory reference materials is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or void orders we reasonably believe to be ineligible.
Active-Duty Military & Government Employee Restriction. By placing an order you certify that you are not an active-duty member of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard) or any reserve or National Guard component on activated orders. Department of Defense Instruction 6130.06 and related service regulations restrict use of certain substances by servicemembers, and UCMJ Article 112a covers wrongful possession of controlled substances. Peppu Labs does not knowingly sell to active-duty servicemembers and disclaims any responsibility for downstream consequences if an undeclared servicemember misrepresents eligibility. Federal civilian employees subject to agency drug-screening rules likewise certify that their employer permits handling of laboratory reference materials.
Authentication is provided via magic link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding access to the email address associated with your account. Any activity originating from your authenticated session is your responsibility. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Orders are payable only through checkout rails that are actually connected at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Crypto-paid orders may qualify for the 5% alt-payment discount described at checkout. Orders remain provisional until payment clears.
Sales tax. Peppu Studio LLC collects sales tax only in the U.S. state of its physical and economic nexus, at the prevailing state and local rate on orders shipped to that state. Orders shipped to states where Peppu Studio has not exceeded the applicable economic-nexus threshold are not charged sales tax at checkout. Buyers in such states may owe consumer-use tax to their state of residence and are solely responsible for any such filing obligation. Tax collection may expand as economic-nexus thresholds are crossed; revisions will be disclosed via the updated date stamp above.
Orders ship within the United States only via FedEx 2-Day. Shipping is free on U.S. orders. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon hand-off to the carrier, except for replacement scenarios expressly covered by the Refund Policy. Tracking is delivered by email and SMS if a phone is on file. We are not liable for carrier delays, mis-deliveries to addresses provided by the buyer, or damage caused after delivery.
Because of the nature of laboratory reference materials, all sales are final once the package has been delivered, except in the carrier-incident scenarios described below. We will replace or refund at our discretion in the following circumstances: package lost in transit, package arrived materially damaged or visibly compromised, or wrong product shipped. Claims must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing [email protected] with the order number.
Chargebacks. Buyers must contact support first for order issues. Peppu Labs may submit order records, tracking, payment proof, delivery scans, support correspondence, and policy acceptance records as evidence in payment-provider disputes.
California buyers. Consistent with California Civil Code § 1723, this refund policy is conspicuously disclosed before purchase via the Terms link in the storefront footer, sidebar, sign-in flow, and checkout page. By completing checkout you acknowledge having had reasonable opportunity to review this policy.
The Peppu affiliate program pays 33% cash commission on approved referred orders driven by your unique referral code. Payouts are cash-only and issued only after the underlying triggering order has been delivered successfully. We may modify the commission percentage, eligibility rules, and payout cadence at any time with reasonable notice via email and an updated date stamp above.
Affiliate commissions accrue only on orders that successfully complete delivery to the referred buyer. Affiliates may not make medical, treatment, dosing, injection, disease, weight-loss, fertility, hormone, anti-aging, or before-and-after claims. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, coupon stacking abuse, fake-account farming, prohibited claims, and any artificial inflation of referral metrics will result in clawback of pending commissions and termination of the affiliate account.
You agree not to misuse the storefront. Prohibited activity includes (without limitation): reselling outside the research-use scope; misrepresenting yourself; circumventing the U.S.-only restriction via proxies or forwarders; scraping; reverse-engineering the storefront; attempting to compromise security; harassment of staff or other customers in our research community channels.
All content on the storefront — text, imagery, source code, designs, branding, the Peppu wordmark, and the four-pointed star mark — is owned by Peppu Studio LLC or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used to train machine-learning models without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppu Studio LLC, its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or reputation, arising from the purchase, receipt, possession, or use (or misuse) of any compound sold on peppu.studio. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peppu Studio LLC against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use or misuse of any compound purchased here, including any in-vivo administration to any subject regardless of consent.
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file and posted here with an updated date stamp. Continued use of the storefront after the change date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Peppu Studio LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the storefront shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in the state of organization under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
