Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds — which are temperature-sensitive and consumable — all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace the affected items at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to product availability.

Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (tracking shows no delivery after 14 business days), we will reship at no charge. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Chargebacks and Delivery Evidence

Contact support first for any order issue. Chargebacks filed before support review may delay replacement review because order records, tracking, payment proof, delivery scans, and support correspondence must be preserved for payment-provider evidence.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been processed for shipment. Once a shipping label is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to cancel.
